KENNEL MANAGER

Flo Lowe is a dedicated Kennel & Boarding Manager with a passion for providing pets a safe, clean, and comfortable home-away-from-home. With three years of hands-on experience in animal care, Flo ensures that every dog and cat receives personalized attention, daily enrichment, and the highest level of compassion.

Known for strong organizational skills and a calm, caring presence, Flo oversees daily operations, manages staff scheduling, and maintains excellent communication with pet parents. From ensuring proper feeding routines and medication administration to creating a positive and stress-free environment, Flo treats every pet as if they were her own.

Whether it’s coordinating a busy holiday boarding season, managing a team, or comforting a nervous pup, Flo is committed to making each pet’s stay safe, happy, and tail-wagging.

Flo also enjoys long walks with her dog Angel, spending time with her family, and loves old school country music.

GROOMING MANAGER

 

With over 20 years of experience in the grooming industry, Trisha brings passion, skill, and a gentle touch to every pet she grooms. A graduate of Petite Pooch Chateau Dog Grooming Academy, she is certified in Fear-Free Grooming, Geriatric Pet Care, Canine Massage, and Skin & Coat Care. She is also a proud member of the Texas Professional Pet Groomers Association.

Trisha’s expertise goes beyond traditional grooming—she specializes in creative color and Asian fusion grooms, giving pets a unique flair while keeping their comfort and safety the top priority. She regularly attends grooming seminars and continuing education workshops, always staying up to date with the latest techniques, styles, and trends in the industry.

She believes grooming should be a positive and stress-free experience for every dog, whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior needing extra TLC, or a pup with special skin and coat needs. Her calm, patient approach—paired with a sharp eye for detail—ensures that every dog not only looks their best but feels their best, too.

Outside the salon, Trisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to farmers markets, concerts and festivals, karaoke, going for walks, swimming and loves a good murder mystery. and being with her dogs. Her love for animals shines both in her personal life and in every grooming appointment.

RETAIL MANAGER

 

Recently retired from teaching to join our team. She is passionate about all animals, big and small. She is excited to create and bake fresh homemade dog treats in our bakery, stock the best food, toys and supplies for our 4 legged friends. She has a small ranch with a variety of animals: 3 Horses: Skip Painted Star Rodeo; 1 Donkey: Eeyore; 1 Goat: Nila Wafer; 40 Chickens; 3 Ducks; 6 Cats: Cheeto Marvin Shadow Presley Valentina Bear Bear; 1 Iguana: Wasabi; 1 Cockatiel: Picasso; 1 Hermit Crab: Ethel; And her dogs: Daisy Mae (pictured) Cocnut
